True. But the 70K stadium is across town.


They are in a position to have a size appropriate stadium for most of their games with access to a big stadium for key match-ups. I'd like to see Pitt and Miami do the same thing. Heinz Field and Sun Life Stadiums aren't going anywhere just like Lincoln Financial Field. Notre Dame comes to town, the NFL teams will offer their use for a fee if the schedule works.

But playing in a cavernous stadium you can't fill is really bad optics.
